also possibly new #SkeletonFisheries Character? they ain't technically a Sans, so they ain't a skeleton.. (no #RattleBonesAbode plugs?

lemme know if the text is hard to read. FYI: this is a WIP OC that ties in heavily with my main Sans AU OC (pfp/HollowHorn), but is still a different character, possibly universe. LOOORE!!
but also the real WIP of it is handdrawn, i'll post that later.
