HISTORY:

A boy named Kyle Anderson has a childhood trauma he never overcame. Every night his father goes to work, his nightmare is always there to haunt him: Shrek, the popular DreamWorks character. Today, April 3, 2003, Mark Anderson (Kyle's father), seeing his son's fear, schedules a therapy appointment for tomorrow, April 4, and leaves him home again. Kyle decides to confront Shrek, trying not to be scared by him, closing the door, hiding, shining a light on him, and then turning it off. Will Kyle survive two nights with Shrek?
