What is Crimsontale?
It is an Alternate Universe (AU) of the game Undertale by Toby Fox. It created by Griiffin_Bruh, also known as FlickrBook or GriiffinDev.
Can i make a video on this?
Of course! Though do not upload any of the OST unless you are part of the team, or put up our videos.
When will it be released????
We don't have a release date currently, though I estimate the Demo may be out by around September. It could be sooner or later.
There's already a Crimsontale!
I know, but it has nothing to do with this AU. At the time i didn't know it already existed and used it. The game will not be renamed.
What's the price?
There isn't one! We're having it completely free to the public so everyone can enjoy it equally.
What changes are there?
Many! We're adding multiple design changes, Name Changes, Personality changes, and some new areas, including the Glacier!
Can i join the development team?
Depends. It really matters on multiple things. I'd suggest contacting me on Discord if you want to join though!
Is Chara or Frisk still here?
Nope! In this universe Chara and Frisk do not exist.
What are the new souls mentioned?
So far, Benevolence, Melancholy, Vertigo, Egotism, Valor, Guidance, and Dignity. Their names and genders will be kept a secret for now :>
Do the souls have any speeeeeecial abilities????
Yes, all of them do! Even Rosa, the protagonist. Her ability will be activated based of her Solicitude stat. All of the abilities will be kept a secret until it is actually playable.
What is Solicitude anyway?
It will be a new stat. It is effected on whether you kill or spare monsters and boss monsters. It will be important for the gameplay.
What's Rosa's beginning items?
For defense, her hairbands. Her beginning weapon is her Yoyo, which her soul ability is based off.
Is fanart allowed?
Of course! We gladly except any fanart. (Except maybe innapropriate ones)
