this game should be disliked
I didn't honestly like this game.
Most of the runtime for me was the Karmic fight and just walking to my destination. It is surprisingly boring.
The fights aren't hard, but they aren't really very interesting at all and just do nothing for me. A general problem with the fights is the lack of healing options, which for a game where you have 20 HP, isn't convenient, especially not being able to heal at all in the Karmic fight, which is essentially forcing a No Heal.
The fight itself isn't hard, but for 20 HP and no healing, alongside the generally rather rough attacks, isn't really too fun.
Even as a joke game, it isn't very funny either. It's not that this sort of humour can't work, Distrust 2 and the original Scratch version have the same sort of humour, but something about this game just isn't funny.
Also, once you reach the last 3 or 5 minutes, the game just tries to take itself seriously and stops attempting to be funny for some reason. Maybe it was intentional or this whole game is a reference to something I don't know about, but when I can't care much for the characters and the game itself is boring, I just can't get why they decide to drop the comedic tone for like 3 minutes where it feels really out of place.
Overall, I just could not get the appeal of this game at all. Won't rank it too highly sadly.
