As someone who's watched Haloboi's Dusttale take (or rather, listened) multiple times, I have to say, this is probably the best adaption we could've ever gotten from this game.

The attacks are well balanced (in my opinion, I've seen some other people complain about it) and make the game a decent challenge, but not impossible. The story is great, even though it's quite close to halo's original vision for the game/au (although I believe it's best that way). The music... oh, the music hits DIFFERENT. I know it's just Halo's ost but you gotta admit, the guy KNOWS how to make music.

The game feels a bit edgy, but in a good way, unlike... some other au's (glaring menacingly at underfell rn). The only real complaint that I have is, I feel like the papyrus fight drags on a bit? It might just be me being impatient though, the fight still hits hard regardless after all.

Great game man, I really, really hope this gets finished.

Dusttale - NED is a fan-game of Toby Fox's UNDERTALE.

This game is based off of Halo's Dusttale by Haloboi3.

This is going to be a full game with multiple routes, endings etc.

It's recommended that you play UNDERTALE before playing this game.

Q: When will the game be out.

A: The demo is out right now. If all goes well the rest of the game should be out in 2026/2027. It will be a full game release, not segments. Probably.

Q: Android build?

A: Maybe for the full game release, don't count on it.

Q: Game lagging, die!!!!

A: Idk get a working pc or something.

Q: Can I use X thing?

A: Sure, just credit everyone involved. I don't give you a guarantee someone from the team won't have a problem with it though.

Q: Where are the saves located?

A: YourDisk:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\DUSTTALE\Local Storage . For the DEMO. Be careful if you edit it though, you might brick your save. Or not.

Q: Controller support?

A: Yes.

Q: Was this game commissioned by Haloboi?

A: No.

Q: Is this any different from Halo's dusttale?

A: Yes, I am adding my own spin to it while also writing the neutral/pacifist routes fully myself and adding stuff on top to the original genocide route written by Halo.
