Dr. Steve Johnson was a scientist cooperating in a science experiment about teleportation in the USSR in 1990 (he's American, and he's there because of the pact signed in 1972 about cooperation between the USSR and the USA about science). He agreed to be the test subject, and the test was… successful but did not go as planned. Steve travelled through universes, random objects from other unknown universes attaching to his body, until he found himself on an alien planet that most likely has life on it, is similar to Earth, yet, it oddly… isn't...
