What is Past Heights (A FNaF3 Remake)?

Past Heights (A FNaF 3 Remake), as it's name says, it's an unofficial remake of the original Five Nights at Freddy's 3 released in 2015. It's not an official game, and not an official entry in the Five Nights at Freddy's Series. It's just a remake and a reimagination / story re-told of the game.

As it's not official, all credits and rights goes to Scott Cawthon as the original creator, ScottGames as the original studio who developed it, and now to SteelWool Studios and (formerly) Illumix, as the current owners.
