I Hate this Game. Make A second one.

Does the game have any moments where things pop up outside the window or open unexpected programs? Windows detected a virus, and I don't know if it's because I'm trying to open something or if I'm trying to use administrator privileges. I'm playing it for a video, so I'd like to know if it's safe to run. If not, I'll run it in a virtual machine.
