I do quite like the FNAF6 PS mini-game and while I have seen attempts at making "more of the same but with different animatronics", none of them have been playable or worth playing so far.
You say this is further developed alongside another FNAF project. Are you affiliated with this in some way https://gamejolt.com/games/fnafneverends/384107?
Only the Rockstar Animatronics so far. How many more characters do you plan to add before this mini-game becomes a full one?
Given the framework of the set-up, I can't imagine having every animatronic have their own unique and not similair to any other's mechanic.
Freddy's Salvage
This is a game I am creating alongside FNAF: It Never Ends. It is inspired by the salvage section in FNAF 6 and the Funtime Freddy section in Sister Location.
So far only the rockstar animatronics will be available. You will need to follow what is shown on the tablet while avoiding their jumpscares. This is really just a minigame for fun.
Controls: Press the 'S' key to lift and lower the monitor.
