Damn, I loved it. It really makes the game feel a little more current and polished, you managed to capture the morbid atmosphere and goofy side of the game.
If I have the Epic Games version, how would I go about getting the Legacy Edition?

Lisa the Painful: Erotophobia is an improvement mod for Legacy Painful that aims at improving several aspects of the original game, along with adding several new elements and embracing more the horror side of Lisa.
- GRAPHICS:
all cutscenes, animations and characters (for area 1) have been redesigned, resprited and reanimated to provide the best visual experience for Painful.
-GAMEPLAY:
Most party members have been rebalanced so that each one can be used in their own way, along with several small improvements such as a toggable bike like in Definitive.
-MUSIC:
Tracks from the original Painful but also Joyful and The First (i dont know how to compose songs)
-PAIN MODE:
Updated and made even harder, try it out if you're a true masochist!
-TO PLAY:
You will need a legal copy of Lisa the painful Legacy
If you got Definitive on Steam, the Legacy version should be in the local data.
Drag everything in your folder and enjoy!
