FNF: Modchart Modpack

Modchart Modpack is a collection of mods that ive made for them
i already have about 2 songs almost ready.
these songs are Phantasm and Honorbound
however i need to get permission to use these two in my modpack
unlike my mod hellscape challenges this one will be optimized and wont take up unnecessary storage. both of the Hellscapes are unnecessarily large files
