HOW TO USE: (I'm Using The Basic 3D Character As My Example) First, Make A Godot Project, Then Choose The Node 3D, Then Save The Project And Close Godot. Then Unzip The Asset File And Put It In Your Game Folder. (I Have All of My Stuff Saved In Documents, But Yours Might Be Somewhere Else.) Then Re-Open Your Game In Godot And Wait For The Assets To Load In. When It Is Done Loading You Will See A Folder Pop Up Near The Bottom Left Corner Of Godot. You Want To Open The Folder And Click The DemoScene.tscn File. It Will Give You An Error. Press Open Anyways. Do The Same Thing For The Player Controller. Go To The Player Controller Scene And Drag The Player Controller Script Onto The Top Node. Then Go To The Top Of The Screen And Go To
Project > Project Settings. Next Go To Input Map And Press Add Action.
Add These Actions. "up, down, left, right, jump, crouch, sprint, interact".
Now Add The Keys You Want To Press To Activate The Actions.
Example. "Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow, Right Arrow, Space, Control, Shift, E"
Now, (If You Did The Steps Correctly) You Will Have A Working Player!
A Bunch Of (Probably) Well Made Things For Godot! This Could Include Shaders, Scripts, Plugins, Pre-Built Assets etc. #assets #tutorial #havefun #godot #plsgivecreditanddontsteal #icantwaitforgodot4o3tocomeout
