SrPerez is insane for not allowing the noise to be playable in cyop (joke)

Noise will also have his removed double jump from the noise update.

Noisette's Moveset is gonna be mostly based off of her new sprites. (the bunny might be apart of it too as a sticky cheese replacement and the tip hand will be replaced with the key) all i have to do is change the color of certain sprites for the palettes
