A bootleg Sonic 2 called Sonikku Yamarashi.
A friend of mine found this on a site called GameFreeForever.com (shut down recently) around 2 years ago.
[This doesn't have that much serious intent put into it. I made this as a test to see my capabilities when it comes to replicating retro games.)
