I gave this game a fair chance, I stopped after some night 4 attempts, but it's just incredibly boring.

Every night you just do the same sort of alarm, cams, and music box cycles for 6 whole minutes, and nothing emerges to make it interesting. The minigame plays the same too, just faster each time, and they're coupled with bugs pertaining to the purple guy's vision being really inconsistent, which is a shame since it could have been much more interesting and varied.

The visuals, for ms paint, are decent, but it's overall just mediocre in terms of design. Every character looks pretty much the same, aside from the puppet, which I actually like the look of. They're all just big, gold animatronics. Every camera feels the same as well. They're all just gray, generic spaces that don't feel interesting or unique from each other. None of them tell an interesting story of what this place is supposed to be. The story also just doesn't make logical sense.

Overall this game is just frustratingly uninteresting, both gameplay wise and in visual design. I can see the effort put in the art and animations, but everything is just bland to look at. I can't say this resembles a game that has been critiqued thoroughly by twenty playtesters.

After the closure of the first location due to an accident with one of the suits, Fredbear's Entertainment brought Fredbear's Family Diner back to life with a smaller but still reasonable budget.

Repainted in Gold is a complete standalone-remake of the FNaF Fangame "Painted Gold" released in 2020, made in FNaF maker.

This new remake is a total reimagining of what the game would have looked like if it was made in Clickteam Fusion.

This means that all the mechanics, locations, animatronics and the whole game itself will be much more pleasant to look at and play.

The game will have lore that's connected with the Original FNaF's, although set in an alternative timeline where some things have changed to try and make the game interesting even from a storytelling standpoint.
