add special stage!

This is a custom Sonic framework for Clickteam Fusion 2.5+ that is supposed to capture the feeling & look of Sonic 1. There will potentially be 2 aspects, a 4:3 version for classic looking fangames, and a 16:9 version for widescreen fangames. Choose over many characters like Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Metal, SGH, Mighty and Ray. Now although Green Hill is the only playable stage, at least you get to see all 8 characters here, and how they play out. Engine still in development as of right now!

iv heard many complaints about the perfect anti-cheat system, so just to be nice, I uploaded its most current version, with mighty and ray included and protection system removed, but if I still see people breaking policy i will not hesitate to add it back
