5. Perms for Rouge Cafe blast: If your wanna use them in any fangames, it has to be under the rules of A. Talk to me about the project first B. Only FNAS related projects only. RCB is only for the FNAS universe only.
2. Clone Surge is scrapped: Free up room in the cast, and I don't see her fitting anymore. Espically design wise, she will be reused in another AU of mine.
