Jack Samson, undercover name, Theodore Jones is a corrupt and freeloading detective. He originally lived in a large city, but due to his false cases and bribes, was forced to be sent to New Orleans, more specifically, the small city which contained one of the few opening locations of Squids Diner.
Also known as the city which housed the Squids Diner Killings. Forced to investigate the case, Jack used this opportunity to dig up his brothers disappearance after working at Squids Diner,
