SUPER SEGA MUGEN

Sonic and friends were relaxing on the beach, unfortunately, a black hole swallowed them whole!!! Or at least that's what they thought because they were perfectly fine seconds after! Sonic wakes up and finds himself surrounded by a familiar yet unfamiliar enviornment. He then finds a man named Axel stone, together they search for their friends or any evidence to maybe shed some light on what the hell just happened. Then, the familiar yet unfamilar faces rise up and then start attacking them. Sonic and Axel begin to become overwhelmed, they start running, the ground splits and up ahead they see a mysterious shadow figure, but before they can make out a face, they fall into the abyss....

Super Sega Mugen is a fighting game developed in the M.U.G.E.N engine. it has 116 characters, some of them being boss characters and mini game characters, it also features the base gameplay styles of mugen (ex: Survival, Team coop, Arcade, Training etc.) But it has its own charm thanks to the mini games and bosses. Do I recommend you play as the bosses, probably not, you would have an unfair advantage and some of them are meant to be used as AI not actual player characters. There are also Guest charaters, I won't say every character here but I feel like I am obligated to tell you all the characters I consider bosses/minigames

-Metal sonic (S2 and CD Ver.)

-Eggman's Robots

-Death adder

-Demon head

-Literally every robotnik/eggman machine

-R Bear

-Yamato

-Bowser (Version that's in a clown car)

-Alien Swarm

-ESPECIALLY DARK SONIC COUNTS AS A BOSS

-Two honorable mentions though would be Super sonic and super shadow, but I see them as a BABY mode to the game

Every guest character can be found after dark sonic, although Mario and Luigi are not SEGA properties either, same thing with some of the minigames. Also I feel like it should be said that I OWN NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS, THEY ALL BELONG TO PEOPLE THAT AREN'T ME. BTW the canon way to beat the game is to play as Sonic and Axel On Team coop, make your enemies single.
