just played through the second chapter and i have to say that it's a MAJOR improvement from the first one on all sides!) the humour is still in tact, the game plays very well, the new, hand-drawn enemy sprites look nice and definitely better than the basic RPG Maker VX ones, and the second chapter is basically a roadmovie where you go around different countries, fight some terrorist cunts in basements, visit the twister zone (TORNADO!), beat up joel the infamous progenitor of the giant dad meme, and at the end you get to fight the russian president!) the game is still as fun as ever, the new locations you get to explore are great and the humour is on-point!)
but, with all that said, i've noticed a few bugs with the game - none of them are fatal in any way but fixing them would be nice) firstly, if you exit Berlin you get transported to the world map outside Leer instead of the outskirts of Berlin, and if you exit Leer you get transported in the middle of the ocean! maybe that's intended, though, as a way of telling the players "got a new party member? well fuck you you're now stuck in the atlantic ocean for the rest of your life!", jajaja) and, finally, in the magnolia village, at the shop, you can't access the shopkeeper, for some reason... but other than the beforementioned bugs, the game works very well, and the way that you're rewarded with the debug code after beating the second chapter is awesome - gotta check it out a bit later)
all in all, the second chapter was amazing - it was fun, interesting, gave me a lot of laughs along the way and, generally, is a major improvement over the last one!) keep up the good work, Mittens, and take care!)
