Unknown (FNaF Fan Game)

Fnaf Fangame - Unknown (The Game) ~ Every 11 seconds, the Unknown entity will appear and attempt to jump-scare/kill you from the right vent. Besides that, you will have to use the button on the door to the left to keep back Freddy. If he can reach the middle of the door, your end will be there and then. Have the right vent shut? The button will disappear. Don't worry though, you can open the vent for it to re-appear!
