The concept was interesting, though the execution could've been better. I like the idea of the player character being a disturbed individual, though the main character showed no interesting traits or maybe the whole game is a hallucination? The choice aspect is nice, I just wonder how you would implement it into a complete game. Sure the idea might be easy in a small scale project like this, but what will you do once the game has even more features in it? This sounds ambitious for a lone developer, and I like that.
Thanks for feedback. What you can see here is basically just movement testing. I am planning to add much more. For instance the main character will later learn, that he is supposed to be the "Bad Guy" of the story. This will be where the splitted personallity will come in play. One part of him will be telling him to kill, and other to not. To make things even more complicated, i plan on adding a "Heroine-like" character, who the main charracter is supposed to kill. Anyway thanks for awesome feedback and i will try to improve :D
Without Choice is a game I made when I was 12. It was supposed to be a dark and deep story, with plot twists and well... it did not end up well. The English is bad and the gameplay is not really that good, but I still feel nostalgic about this game. #adventure #platformer #other
