Kai Yamazuka went to the video rental store to borrow some movies, but he was unable to find anything new on the shelves. Frustrated, he was about to leave the store when a disc suddenly falls from the shelf. Kai picked up the disc with words ''Akumu'' written on it. Considering himself to be lucky, Kai took the disc home.
However, something terribly wrong starts to happen when Kai start to watch the movie.....
