You are visiting the legendary Islands one day when you notice a strange man standing there looking at them. You decide to go and speak with him. This is where your adventure begins.
=========================================================================When you get to the place with the water[sorry about the long labourious trek beforehand] go up and interact with the water. Drink it. You will be restored to normal movement.
