THE OCEAN FLOOR... THE FINAL FRONTIER...
A space shooter set underwater. Never thought I'd see it, but I'm glad that I did.
This game is more classic arcade shooter than bullet hell, but nonetheless it's a kickass shooter worthy of the genre.
I'm half-and-half on the graphics in the demo. On one hand, the weapons effects are great. On the other, the ship sprites and low resolution makes this seem more like a retro Flash game than a retro shooter. Hope this gets addressed in the Steam version.
The soundtrack and sound effects both make up for the graphics. This is what makes this demo a true throwback to the arcades.
The controls are fast and responsive, not much else to comment on. Well done.
In closing, I think you have some things to work on before the final release on Steam. However, this game's got what it takes to blow everybody out of the water. Very great game!
