It looks awesome! Really nice controlls, the bad thing is that it was a bit difficult to hit the other planes, but anyway, nice game. :)
The graphics are great. :)
The contrail streams are a nice detail.
It's also interesting that the planes don't get dithered like the terrain, which is a nice touch, since they have much finer structural details, I assume it keeps them looking a lot cleaner than they otherwise would.
It's cool to see how much thought went into how to render a readable scene with only 4 colors. :)

Brilliant graphics, you managed to blend the 3D well with the gameboy color scheme. I did have a hard time shooting at the planes, only managing to hit one on my entire playthough.
