What do you think?

Neat idea. The mechanic with the lighter worked really well for creating tension even when nothing was happening!

It was a bit too unstable, though. Ended up being a bit too annoying rather than scary that it wouldn't work :)

This game trolled me so hard! The lighter mechanic worked well, I was always expecting something to show up as soon as I clicked it. And when the arrows disappeared and I had to go upstairs all by myself? I about had a heart attack. While I don't know what this game has to do about a puppy named blossom, the concept is great. Atmosphere is great. Definitely gonna write about this one. :>

It's a nice game, but it would be nice if there were always indicators on where to go. On the final objective I got so lost because there were no indicators on where to go. and the environment is so dark.

"... about a lost puppy called Blossom." are not the words I would use to describe this game =D But it was AMAZING! I reeaaally loved it!!! I was just puzzled at start, expecting something to jump at me every time I clicked the lighter, it's amazing how you start to concentrate on the lighter and forget that there might be something that will scare you =D Just a little noise when you stay in darkness for too long and you make a tension! Awesome!

I've made a let's play if you want to check it out =)

Also it could make a great base for a bigger game! More rooms, more disturbing things, that could make weird shadows (like plants, sculptures...) or creepy paintings, some story and BAM! A game! =D

Amazing short game!

Blossom is my entry into #asylumjam . Given that I was entering solo, I decided to try and do something very minimalist. This is a short 2D horror game about a lost puppy called Blossom. It's my attempt at creating something atmospheric and dreamlike, and perhaps a little unnerving. Move with the arrow keys or WASD.
