BOBPURGATION (Expurgation reskin)

This is a little Expurgation reskin which replaces Tricky with a Bob, Bob's voice is instead of Tricky's.

This reskin includes:
- Remade cutscene
- New buttons at the menu
- New background
- Expurgation bob as well
