The reason this software was reuploaded because my Google account that I used for @BoomerangRosalina 
on Gamejolt got falsely terminated and I can not get my google account back without a phone number which I do not have. This caused Roxanne Assistant to be takened off as well. So, I have decided to reupload my BR Universe Phone game here including Roxanne Assistant that I made as a bonus. Both programs are for Windows.
