Good afternoon, I have been playing this game for a long time. Especially in the evenings, with music. By the way, a request to the developers - add music to the game and also add new cards.
Do you know "super crate box" ?
Well, this is a cactus version (no, not a rip-off, I swear 
).
The gameplay is quite the same so let me explain:
You are the cactus (it is a cactus, yes) and you have to collect the little orbs called NRG orbs that generates a new one every time you catch it.
That said, it's not gonna be simple, lemme tellya... Enemies will be falling from the roof continuously, trying to kill you (I don't know why. They are surely evil). Luckily for you, you have weapons to defend yourself. 13 in total, one for every element : fire, earth, air, water, ice, electricity, plant, sand, metal, sound, paint, light and shadow. Every time you catch an orb, you switch weapon randomly.
There are about 9... what am I saying... 8 levels : 4 are locked and the others are directly available.
There are no music yet for a very good reason, trust me.

My conclusion: "if I'm going to start re-thinking the game, why not completely rebrand it?"
Hence new plan : finish improving Cactus Crate Box then make a new game with enhanced concept.

As said in a previous post, I replaced the NRJ orbs by peanut butter. And then, I thought "well, if it's not gonna be a generic collectible anymore, why not have non-generic enemies and non-generic levels ?"
And I started to work on that thought...
This is not much, but I've redone the rooms icons and yeah, I like them better now.
Well, sadly, I lost the old character sprite, but here it is in it's former uglyness...
Just compare it to the new one! And btw, he's not after NRJ orbs anymore! My dear cactus with a sombrero is after... peanut butter ;)
Well, I'm working on this old game again, trying to improve it.
So far, I've worked on the graphics so that no sprite will come from the internet anymore. I've also worked on the code, which was quite messy...
Planned : musics, new maps and new features !
