What do you think?

The opening cutscene is very impressive for a two day jam game. Unfortunately, the game kept freezing before I could get much past that though.

I also based my entry on the chess box art but I took a different approach.

Super lovely, awesome game. I included it in a compilation video series of the games from this jam, if you’d like to check it out :) https://youtu.be/5QUFTL3azuE

It's visually impressive and the robot is an interesting character. The intro is a bit too long for a game this simple, though, and there's no way to adjust the graphics quality, so it's always ultra choppy for me, and the sound gets far ahead of the visuals. Hope you take the time to refine this game further and even add resolution options -- it's a really impressive entry otherwise.

Wow this impressed me way more than I expected it too. I liked the little twist you put on the gameplay also. Great job man. You seem to be good with stories, you should continue this one. Nobody would see it coming, a game of tic-tac-toe in space leads to a crazy space survival adventure! lol

thsi is the game i enjoyed the most of the jam so far, i laughed the entire way trough

This, is a game about playing CHESS-in-SPACE!

This means playing in 0° G, which gives you new advantages, new disadvantages and a WHOLE NEW WAY of playing chess...

-Wait wha'?

-This isn't CHESS?!

-It's a game of Tic-Tac-Toe!

This is not CHESS, but TIC-TAC-TOE-in-SPACE!

This game was made for #badboxart jam in 2016 and won 5th place!

You can read an article about the jam here.

All assets were created within the 48 hour jam period.

Special thanks to Tha Timst3r for helping with some coding advice.

This game has now also been entered into the #dreamhackjungle jam 2020. I hope you've liked my game.

If you experience a crash read the following:

How to run the game (properly):

I used Blender Game Engine to make the game. The exports (.exe / .app) that come out of it, have a tendency to crash at a certain point. (I don't know why, and I don't know how to fix it :-(. If anyone does please contact me. )

Here's how to avoid a crash:

- Do not download the game from the GameJolt Client.

- When opening/running the file, please try to run it with different GPUs (by right-clicking on the .exe file > Run with graphic processor).
