I guess it's because I'm Dutch that I'm not thinking about coffee when I hear the term "Coffee Shop" (In the Netherlands people go to the coffeeshop to buy weed. Don't know why we call it a "coffee shop" though).
Perhaps the graphic presentation of this game looks a bit too simplistic, but I do have the feeling you did think this game through, although this is definitely not my 'cup of coffee' to play, so maybe I'm not the right man to judge. I do hope people who like simulation games will give your game some attention, though ;)

Coffee Shop Simulator is a fun game where you’re the owner are trying to be the best coffee shop in the city!
Have fun making hot and cold coffee drinks and serving pastries and bananas to hungry customers using real fluid simulation. Watch out, some of them are critics and those are the ones you want to impress. Upgrade your shop by buying new equipment to make more drinks and replace your old furniture with new ones and to add decorations. The more you upgrade, the more unique and fun critics come into your shop!
