You've got a good concept going on here, and a very good start. Still lots to do and improve obviously, but you're definitely on the right track.
Here are some suggestion from my brief play-through:
Add a language selection screen at the start of the game.
Add simple animations/effects when hovering/clicking on the letters and maybe some extra sound effects especially when clicking on the wrong one. And perhaps make it more obvious that the enemy HP is going down, I didn't notice that right away.
There are other things I could go on about, but those are things I'm sure you'll get to the more you develop the game.

Coletter
In Coletter, you have the opportunity to train your mental perception and to compete with other players in 1vs1. Collect items and customize your Hero.
Whether friends or strangers, show that you have the fastest reactions and the best perception!
Even in Storymode, you can prove with patience and skill that you have it on it! Select between arcade and world, the first one let's you enjoy settled story with one level after another, while the second is more story based, you can choose between different ways and come to different endings, explore Lithur, the world of Coletter.
