'Deltatale' is a remake of 'Undertale' with characters featured from 'Deltarune'.

Unlike some people's ideas on this game, it will not replace characters within 'Undertale' with 'Deltarune' characters. Instead, it will add them to the original game in some way.

It will mainly follow the original 'Undertale' story, with changes that follow the world of 'Deltarune'.

The plot takes place after chapter 4 of 'Deltarune' where the player (along with Kris) are transported to the the LEGEND of UNDERTALE.

The player, in this instance, has already completed 'Undertale', as stated at the start of 'Deltarune'. This will affect the story and potentially cause alterations from the original plot.

The game also features a soundtrack created by the 'Undertale' and 'Deltarune' community - mainly remixes and mashups created by other individuals and taken from YouTube. If your music is used and you wish for it to be changed, contact me.

And, yes, THIS is made on Turbowarp (Scratch) and will be packaged as an EXE.

In the 'Ruins' section of the game, it will include a Dark World, created by Kris. This will be entirely new content with fanmade music, a new custom map and new enemies you have never seen!

And, no, these WON'T be retextured enemies from previous games or taken from other fangames. These will be ENTIRELY original.

What's your opinions on having a multiplayer mode within the game? (IF I can add it)

It would most likely come out after the first chapter if I added it since it may take a while.

Thought it might be interesting to include a section that uses all four characters at once - maybe this is a bit overkill?

The battle UI has been completed now and only needs a couple more things to be fully functional. Hope this seems good.

As previously mentioned, this is mainly the battle system from Deltarune with a couple small changes as I prefer it over Undertale.

Quick battle preview - I would like to know your thoughts on how this looks and if something should be changed or not.

I am aware it is mostly the deltarune system, which is intentional as it makes it easier to see who is attacking.

The 'Deltatale' battle system is almost complete, meaning I can almost focus on the main storyline.

I WOULD say it's not long now until it's done - but I'll need all those 2 months.
I decided to ignore the vote and make the chapters at LEAST 2 hours.

Made a mashup between 'Rude Buster' from Deltarune and 'Enemy Approaching' from Undertale and have added it to the game page. Let me know if you think it's any good as a battle theme!

When loading in 'Deltarune' save data, only equipped items and stats will carry over. This means anything inside your inventory will not be there.

For the genocide/snowgrave route, it will be assumed it is completed as long as Noelle holds the ThornRing.

The game SHOULD be able to read your 'Undertale' and 'Deltarune' save data.

So - progress from 'Deltarune' is kept (items, etc.) and much more :)

This will be OPTIONAL

Requires you to select Undertale's 'file0' and your Deltarune chapter 4 save one time.

Some game info:

- Each chapter length will be above one hour (minimum)

- Chapter 1 will be out in the next two months (hopefully)

UPDATE: Player controls + tile system done.

I'd love to know expectations for the first chapter + quality expected.
