enjoyable experience, but the game window started out oo small for me, i couldn't see the title screen fully and also couldn't see the whole meny cuz my taskbar got in the way maybe add a way to go fullscreen or make it fullscreen by default?
Very nice game. I like the story so far, but I don't know where to go once you beat the mountain boss.. Another note, the sound effects get very repetitive. Maybe change it up in different levels, or somethnig?
The noble king's sacrifice sealed them away, but alas it seems he died in vain, for the demons have returned, having corrupted the land's once gentle lords.
Now the princess, in hiding, must place her faith in travelers like you. Will you answer the call of the princess?

Demon Quest is an action RPG in which you take up arms on behalf of the princess, venture through a dangerous semi-open world with an only somewhat cheesy story, killing enemies, slaying bosses, and collecting loot, all on a mission to slay the demon king and set things right through the restoration of your fair lady's rightful throne.
The game is not long, being completable in one lengthy session. It starts off fairly easy but gets quite hard by the end.

According to my development log, this project was started on April 19th, 2019 and has been developed over the course of 194 development sessions. It's one of my longest (finished) projects by far (The Rite of Kindling took only 4 months,) so I hope y'all like it.
