I feel like this game is a bit hard, very rare saves, little to no healing items. Honestly, the first dungeon was too hard to survive, I could only make it to the 2nd ladder with out getting killed because I can't heal. I'm sorry, but this game isn't very well balanced.

I originally followed this game toward the end of AdventureJam but finally got around to playing it and wow it is good. I seriously am sitting here wondering how much time you guys must have had to work each day to accomplish something this polished in only ~3 weeks (I say 3 weeks since I am playing the version you posted after the jam).

The art style is so unique, the writing was honestly hilarious ("...are we seriously doing this? Are you seriously just going to copy everything I say?"), and everything was so so polished. From the speech bubbles to the movement to the item finding, everything was excellent.

Overall a really awesome game. I'm really glad I found out about it and honestly am a little upset that it doesn't have more plays.

It was a cute little game. I loved how well done the graphics were. Even though it was an old school style they were very well done. Lucas' sprite was nice and his battle animation was great! I would love to see more to it!
