My Honest Opinion
So The Positives:
Good Dialogue! I Found the Dialogue To Be Pretty Neat in toby's style!
The Story Is Also Pretty Cool! It Has A LOT Of Potential!
The Puzzles Were A Bit Weird, But They Were Not Bad At All!
But The Art...........
Is.......
Really bad.
Like Reallllly Bad
you probably should have got someone else to do it.
Now another problem is the engine. (This Isn't Really Your Fault But Maybe You Should Choose Another one....)
The Engine you used was not made for UT fangames And Rather For Games Like Earthbound.
This Made It Feel Much Less Like UT And More Like Some other RPG.
The Tiles Used Did not match with UT, It Was Not A Bullet Hell And You Cannot Even ACT Or SPARE!
These Were Some Of The Things That Made Undertale Special!
No Violence, A Bullet Hell Like Touhou.
So Really, It's Not Even Your Fault, more the engine you used.
UT III Worked Because It Was A Joke Fangame.
It Didn't Have To Be Faithful To Undertale If It Was A Joke, So it Didn't Matter.
Honestly, I Wouldn't Mind If You Created Your Own RPG Though!
So Overall, It's An Eight/Ten, But The Engine Brings It Down To 7 or 6.
The Music Created By Me Was Okay ig but not the best anyways.
