How get a last character in fps era?

is there a way to go to the room above or the room is not supposed to be on the map @Dthwithdoom 
When I stay on the menu for some time the game closes (some time the game closes instantly) and it gives me an error message I did it several times to see if there are more and some have their original name in the game files like faxy is called foxy in the game files
