I see you’ve gone out of your way to discover a secret in my game. That wasn’t so hard, was it?

Even if the task at hand was simple, you showed yourself to be dedicated enough to go outside the boundaries of the game and seek the truth. I like this attitude from people like you. You remind me of my previous victim.

Before you make any judgments about me, I want you to be aware that what I did to him was a favor more than anything.

On the surface, yes, xxxxxxx was a good man. He was talented, and determined to do anything he could for his family. Yet my assistance, which he seeked so desperately, drove him down the path of insanity.

He was dedicated enough to do anything for my assistance, so the deal I proposed to him was simple. It was to detach from the person he loved the most in this world, so they could come to me as a sacrifice. I wanted to test the limits of his dedication. Sadly, in the end he thought he could trick me by killing an innocent bystander instead. Let’s just say that he and his loved ones already received their proper punishments.

When you read my side of the story, I don’t sound too much like the bad guy here, do I?

Anyway, this isn’t about that failure of a man, this is about you.

I see a lot of potential in you, a person so talented, curious, and strong.

I have so many plans prepared for you; but sadly, now is not the time. I have business to attend to elsewhere, as more people like xxxxxxx deserve my proper attention.
