Counter Strike: Global Tour is a single player mod for Counter Strike: Global Offensive, we currently don't have that much information as the game is currently in early development. Keep your eye out for devlogs as they will contain all the information for the game.
Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Counter Strike, Source, is owned by Valve - Counter Strike: Global Tour is owned by ZoNiCaL and Team Global Tour. This is a fan made project and is not related to us working at Valve at all.
