I echo a lot of what Omrii wrote below. The pixel art is really nice, as is the main background tune.
The overall atmosphere felt a little like it was pulling me in two directions. Some of the music and art were moody, but the character's look, animations, and cute jump sound effect diffused the effect. I found the dialog a little incomprehensible, but again, this might have been part of a mysterious atmosphere you were going for.
I hope the developer continues to work on this, and keeps on iterating on the mood -- homing in on the ideal feel that they're after. The basic platforming mechanics are there, and with a bit more polish on them and some more refining of the style you're after I think you'd end up with something really great.

Year 42 after the timeline collapse, months before the events of REGEN. Finally, after a long time of investigation and restarts, The King found a solution to save his timeline from the constant destruction. They will need to reconstruct the Orb of Judge. Now is your time to help the universe to be reconstructed, before the evil forces take power of this orb, and makes an universe under his reign.
