After a vacation, Hot Dog returns to see his home city, Fast Food City, destroyed and overrun with rotten foods! His best friend and partner, Ice Cream, was found dead in the ninja dojo. Hot Dog now needs to protect the other cities from rotten foods and find out who their leader is.
