The Tower of Jinsaw is a text adventure game modeled after the old Commodore 64 text adventures. In it, players embark on a journey through the Tower looking for the fabled treasure hidden within. During their time in the Tower, players will discover interesting puzzles as well as mysterious happenings that are all part of the Tower's lore.
The Tower of Jinsaw is based on a story written by one of the designers and captures the essence of what makes text adventure games fun and engaging.
The controls for The Tower of Jinsaw are simple.
To interact with objects, use the keywords: take, use, and examine.
To move around, use the keyword: walk.
To check the inventory, use the keyword: backpack.
Each text command also features a noun involved with it. For example, "take orb." All objects that can be interacted with are listed in the game with yellow text, while directions for walking are listed in blue text.
Helpful hint: Take all items before leaving a room.
