Madness: The eighth capital sin

To start, I am spanish and I am not an english expert, so I will make errors writing.
This is my first videogame and I have some question with this.
At first I am working with Gamemaker Studio 2 and some things I have doubts can't be answer.
If you want help me a bit I will be so grateful.
This game is based on the seven capital sin, but with one more , Madness.
This idea come to me and I was thinking :"If things like anger or sloth can be a sin, why not madness?"
I wish like the idea, I will show on what I am working and when I have a little level I will give you a try.
