Mayhem can be played with a keyboard and mouse, but you can also use an xbox 360 controller to play it.

Mayhem is a time-based, 3rd person beat 'em up game with lots of NPCs. In other words, the chaos intensifies as time goes on.

Monsters will fight.

Blood will fly.

Bodies will fall.
