Monster Kid: Usually carries a bag to hide his ugly face which is shattered by causes that provoked himself. He has Identity Disorder and Apotemnophilia body integrity of.

Alphys: She was the cause of everything. Usually manages MTT as a puppet, with chains that come out from the back of the robot. She has insanity and schizophrenia. In some cases makes bigger her body for be seen more tall and threatening.

Mettaton: Is sometimes controlled by Alphys most times. Likes to see people smile, if that person doesn't do, will force to him/her the smile of another way not pleasant. Usually flirts with a lot of persons, especially Alphys, and is quite manipulative with the people. He has schizophrenia, Dissociative identity disorder, psychosis and above all, Stockholm Syndrome (by Alphys).
He usually is very important in the “Pacifist” Route. He's the strongest character of the game on the three routes, apart of Sans and Undyne on the Genocide Route. Usually becomes sensitive on the Pacifist Route by making him remember some things of the past of the Underground, he spares you and acts as the deceased dad of Frisk when they become friends.On the Genocide, Flowey destroys Mettaton in a not very nice form, stabbing to him a root through his jaw that makes him show his four rows of teeth, pulling out metal pieces that cover the robot''s skeleton, and letting see his ghost form, because, after a time, he can't move, and that's his only way for defending (the soul in the ghost is in the right eye under the fringe), it gets defeated, the robot cries for a few moments, and turns off after being nailed with more roots that come from the ground.

Catty: She doesn't have eyes and always has a wide smile on her face, without more, as she likes MTT so much, she hasn't stopped to smile since the robot told them don't stop smiling ever, she has schizophrenia and anorexia.

Bratty: Usually has giant teeth, she grew up a lot because of the mutation, she can't move her eyes, therefore always looks sideways to see the people. Only she has schizophrenia and Psychosis Wendigo or Windigo.
Burgerpants: Usually takes some sick customers to nurse for then only become them on burgers, as the same way one time did, for some reason he has a huge scar newly woven on his stomach. He has Psychosis Wendigo or Windigo (Humans or Monsters).

Ice Cream Guy: He's nothing more than a huge giant rabbit, well, a bit, he lost fur on some parts of his body, lacks the tip of his ear and has under byte, therefore shows some fangs that comes out from the lower part of the jaw, even so, he doesn't stop from showing his huge bunny teeth, something worn.
