The game is amazing. It's well designed, creative, especially the title screen. I didn't really get scared but there were some moments where sudden scares made me go silent lol. The end also really left me hanging. One of the best Ao Oni fangames out there! Also is the lore associated with the original game's lore?
About the end message: I would love to help to supervise and help with the plot the game, but I can't promise that as I am writing & making my own games. Plus, my summer break will end soon. I have no idea if it will turn out so I should still decide if I should help.
Also while playing I had a really dirty mind while playing at the time because I was excited so at the first scene I thought Takuro had a crush on Takeshi because of the dialogue lol

Takuro realizes that he had forgotten his watch inside that abandoned hospital, so he decides to go back with Takeshi.
Ryan still didn't notice the monster and believed that everyone had split up to play hide and seek, so Ryan decides to return to the abandoned hospital with a friend...
Cassey exclaims to Hiroshi that Ryan went to the hospital again so they immediately set off to rescue her!
