You are not intended to eat the ghosts - those bigger "dots" just give more points. You would find even more valuable "dots" if you got a higher score. So that is not a glitch, the ghosts always kill you.
About the music - those are midis from Gokujou Parodius and I used them because I needed to finish this game fast and I really didn't have time to work on that area. So yeah, I know it could be better.

That was a genius idea. The only problem was the ghosts. Those big red dots seemed like the power pellets to me and the blue ghosts seemed to appear after I ate them but whenever I tried to eat the blue ghost I died. Also, the music could've been a bit more better and original. Otherwise, great job and great idea!

Hello there! My friend invited me to be part of a friendly competition with no winners and loosers. The goal was to make a game that includes Pacman and his four "friends" - but it couldn't be a direct Pacman remake. Aaand... I made this.
PacUP is based on the idea of chomping, but you don't chomp in a maze, you chomp in a pillar where everything moves constantly down. So you have to keep your height and avoid the spikes on the bottom, plus be careful not to collide with the ghosts. The higher the score, the higher the speed of the game and the more points you can get. There are also three powerups - fast movevent (green), slower game speed (blue) and a movement freezer (red).
Well, it was made in a day, so there may be glitches or something. But I tried to test it, so I hope it will be fine. Have fun.
You play the game with arrow keys only and space turns music on and off. F4 switches fullscreen on/off.
