Hands down the best one! Still has it's flaws but it at least had much more new gameplay higher quality textures, character models and animations could use some work but this game is 5 years old so I'm assuming that anything made here is now invalid compared to what you are capable of, Overall all 3 of these games nothing to take too seriously but I enjoyed them, probably a 6/10 for all 3 Paranormal Activities combined.
