take mirror's edge, strip it down to nothing, switch it to third-person with terrible controls, terrible animations (except for the vaulting), a camera worse than dark souls's, a mouse that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, and a camera angle that often does whatever it wants and you've got parkour extreme lol.
